Painter: Knowledge of preparation, priming, painting, base and clear coat application, buffing, fading and bleeding colors. Performs some bodywork. Knowledge of mixing custom colors and fiberglass repair. Requires 2 years minimum auto body and paint experience. Must be able to install and adjust doors on luxury motor coaches. Forklift experience and Paint Certification a plus.

Fiberglass Technician: Responsible for making fiberglass molds, laying up parts from molds and fitting to the vehicle. Develops molds from drawings. Trims finished parts to fit the vehicle. Cuts bay doors down and fiberglass back together. Completes body work and makes ready to paint on all parts made. Must have basic hand tools and knowledge of band and table saw. Knowledge of mold making required.

Electrical Installer: Responsible for preparing 110-volt systems and DC electrical for final hook ups. Place and mount J-boxes, wire 110-vold outlets, mount DC terminal blocks and checks wire placement. Rough-in all the coach wiring. Must be able to read prints, read wire lists and install 110-volt electrical and DC electrical. Must have own tools.

Panel Installer: Installs Fiberglass panels on coaches. Caulks panels and seams so coaches will not leak. Installs doors on coaches. Takes down panels on coaches before it goes to weld shop. Reinstalls panels on coaches when it is completed by weld shop. Installs and adjusts doors as needed and conducts leak test. Must have basic hand tools and knowledge of band and table saws. Requires one year of experience with fiberglass and auto body work.

Upholstery Technician: Responsible for cutting, gluing foam, cover parts with material, staple material, stretching vinyl, fabric and cutting fabric and leather for various products to included in luxury coaches. Position requires tearing down a driver seat, apply new foam, stuff covers and install covers. Must be able to install upholstered products in coaches and adjust to fit final specifications. Will be required to use staple gun, hog ring pliers, leather punch, scissors, hammer, wrenches and screwdriver.
